ADDITIONAL TERMS – By using our online scheduler, you agree to the following terms:
Utilities Off: If we are unable to complete the inspection due to access or utility issues of any kind, your inspection is subject to a $100 trip fee.
Cancelation: Cancelation of your inspection services within 24 hours of the inspection start time is subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Re-inspections: Re-inspections of any items following repairs can be scheduled for a re-inspection fee. We recommend negotiating this fee into any repair requests that result from the inspection findings. The re-inspection fee is $150.00.
