Let me save you a bunch of time, STOP LOOKING AND JUST HIRE THEM! I did a bunch of research before choosing this company, and still they exceeded my expectations. Extremely responsive, detail-oriented, well organized and precise reports.My husband and I the have worked in the construction and demolition field so we know quite a bit about what we want and what gets missed during a inspection. These guys were incredibly thorough and very easy to talk to and get the unique things we needed done completed.You will be in very good hands

As both an agent and a buyer, I cannot recommend this inspection company. Not only do they lack professionalism, but they also lack the necessary skills to perform a basic inspection. They charge several hundred dollars for a re-inspection to verify that previous repairs were done correctly. Additionally, their communication is unprofessional and demeaning. When I inquired why the irrigation system wasn’t checked, I was told that they don’t inspect anything underground. I find it hard to understand how an irrigation system isn’t considered part of a home inspection—every other company I’ve worked with has always checked it to ensure it’s functioning properly. I regret choosing this company and wish I had stuck with one I’ve worked with in the past.

Eldar and Damir were very thorough and knowledgeable and ensured that my husband and I had all of the information we needed to make an educated decision on a home purchase. They took their time to explore all the nooks and crannies of an old house. They caught various details that others may not have that would have cost us thousands of dollars. They took their time to speak with me after their inspection to ensure that I understood everything that they would be writing up.
