I recently had a condo home inspection completed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The inspector was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Damir took the time to carefully examine every aspect of the unit, including the electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, windows, doors, and structural components.

I recently used them for a home purchase. I would not only recommend them to anyone, it was a miserable experience. Communication was lacking, professionalism was terrible and I am honestly wondering how they have such positive reviews. I should have used someone else. It would have saved me a lot of money, and aggravation. I had to have several things reinspected after I closed that were missed and caused my home owners insurance to increase. There is no attention to detail. I am very disappointed. Be careful who you choose.

I had a very in-depth inspection of a home done recently and had the pleasure of working with both Damir and Eldar. I had high expectations and this team exceeded every single one of them.Damir and Eldar were extremely thorough and timely. I had them perform a home inspection, 4-point, wind mitigation, mold inspection, and WDO inspection. Their report was easy to understand, included tons of pictures, and was in my inbox before 9AM the next day. This all made me feel very knowledgeable and secure about the home I'm buying. Damir and Eldar were also more than happy to answer any questions I had following the inspection.If you're buying a home in the area, I highly suggest that you use them. You'll know what, if anything, is going on with the house and have the photos to back up anything that's identified.
