The inspection was extremely through. Highly detailed report yet very easy to read with concise summaries and clear organization by category and issue.They used an automated system for immediate response in communication, but also communicated themselves right away directly to us if needed. This worked very well.Eldar was also responsive after the inspection was complete and after he was paid. He supported followup activities like updating the 4 point inspection report based on repairs from the seller, and advising us on how to document the work so that the updates would be accurate and verifiable.Overall a great experience, giving us confidence we knew what we were getting, and providing us the tools we needed to fairly negotiate issues with the sellers.
