These guys were great. Not just the fact that they communicated great and were on time and did everything they said, but they were very thorough and comprehensive. Their overall inspection and their report were better than anyone I’ve used before.The ease and ability to comment on their inspection report professionalized my response to the seller and also made communication with the seller easy and credible. Our inspector was Eldar Smajlovic. He arrived right on time. He was friendly and professional. We had trouble getting into the house so he began on the outside. Once we gained access to the house he continued. He was very thorough and took numerous photos of everything. He showed me the things he found nd explained the problems. I would ask for Eldar again.

The inspector from Bells was thorough, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to properly inspect everything instead of making assumptions.Eldar went into the attic, moved insulation where needed, verified the roof-to-wall connections, and accurately documented the electrical, roof, plumbing, and HVAC systems. He also explained his findings clearly and made sure the report reflected what was actually present in the home.The Wind Mitigation and 4-Point reports were detailed, professional, and completed quickly. Pricing was also very reasonable for both inspections. I would definitely recommend Bells Home Inspections, especially if you need a thorough inspection for homeowners insurance.
