What entails a BELLS Home Inspection?
A BELLS home inspection provides a comprehensive analysis of the current condition of a home. An inspection first assesses the structural components of a property, and then reviews the property's major and ancillary systems. An inspection starts at a home's foundation, then moves on to other large-scale structural elements – such as roof, crawl space, attic, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and floors. The inspection narrows in on specific systems, such as heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. It also includes an assessment of how well attached garages, decks, porches and related construction have been built.

The report is an informational tool to assist our clients in understanding the condition of the home and any defects that will require attention to prevent further deterioration or cause safety issues. Our reports will be submitted within 24 Hours after the completion of the inspection and will include a clear description of our findings, including photos.
